In response to customer requests, Sissel has decided to offer certified medical equipment rental, providing a more cost-effective solution tailored to patients' needs. The implementation of this initiative enables Sissel to offer a more flexible and sustainable service to its customers.
Via the reservation site, Sissel customers can select and reserve the medical equipment they need, based on their doctor's recommendations. Reservations can be made in advance, ensuring that the equipment is available on the day of rental. By choosing to activate the "Mixed basket" functionality, Sissel also offers its customers the possibility of adding products for purchase (such as creams) to the equipment rental basket, within the same customer path.
The return process is simple for Sissel customers. At the end of the rental period, customers can return the equipment using the delivery note provided. What's more, Sissel takes care of cleaning the equipment, enhancing the user experience while respecting the principles of the circular economy.
